Meditation mat
The Mahajara Zabuton mat is made from cotton for its shell and stuffed with 4 layers of pure cotton batting to provide a cushioned surface for your ankles and legs for stress free meditation.
The Zabuton is placed under your zafu or meditation bench to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles. Additionally, this creates a safe place to rest a book, Mala or other sacred object you may be using.
It is an essential part of the zafu-zabuton set.
