We do everything we can to make sure everything goes to your satisfaction, but something can always go wrong. If you are not 100% satisfied, we guarantee that we will rectify this immediately.

1. Breakage or damage?
Do you have your package delivered to your home or do you pick it up at a collection point? Then quickly check the packaging of your package upon receipt. If you see serious damage to the packaging (large tears, deep dents, etc.), report this to the courier. If the damage is too great, you can safely refuse to accept the package.
If the items do not meet your expectations due to breakage or damage, please contact us in writing at info@midgaardshop.be.
Do this immediately after receiving the items with the description of the problem and clear photos of the packaging and/or the item(s) in question. The more clearly the problem is defined, the faster we can solve it.
If we do not receive a complaint on the day of receipt, we will assume that the package was delivered undamaged and the items are intact.
2. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase (in whole or in part), within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you change your mind and wish to return the order, you can do so by notifying us by e-mail and returning the products in the original and closed packaging within 14 days of receipt at the latest. This does not apply to the products and foodstuffs opened by the recipient.
As soon as the products are back in our possession and checked, we will notify you by e-mail that the amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your account. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
The goods must be returned in original good condition to Midgaard bv, Langstraat 33 - 2440 Geel (Belgium).
We fully respect the right to cancel your purchase and do everything we can to make the return as smooth as possible.

3. Failure to collect parcel at collection point
If a package is not collected within the specified period, the courier service automatically sends it back to our warehouse; Unfortunately, we are then forced to charge costs. These extra costs are a result of shipping costs incurred, return reimbursements to the courier service, control of the returned goods and the lost time of our staff.
We advise our customers to be attentive to their pick-up address and time to avoid these additional charges. The courier services always communicate directly with the customer with up-to-date delivery information so that you are always aware of where your package is.
