We do everything we can to ensure that everything runs to your satisfaction, but something can always go wrong.
If you are not 100% satisfied, we guarantee that we will rectify this immediately.
Let's take a look at the possibilities:
1. Breakage, damage or defective products?
Will you have your package delivered at home or will you pick it up at a collection point? Quickly check the packaging of your package upon receipt. If you see serious damage to the packaging (large cracks, deep dents, etc.), report this to the courier. If the damage is too great, you can safely refuse to accept the package.
If the items - due to breakage, damage or defect - do not meet your expectations, please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do this immediately upon receipt of the items with a description of the problem and clear photos of the packaging and/or the item(s) in question. The more clearly the problem is described, the faster we can solve it.
If we do not receive a complaint on the day of receipt, we assume that the package was delivered undamaged and the items are intact.
2. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase (in whole or in part) within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If you change your mind and wish to return the order, you can do this by informing us by e-mail and returning the products in the original and closed packaging at the latest within 14 days of receipt.
This does not apply to products and foodstuffs opened by the recipient.
As soon as the products are back in our possession and checked, we will notify you by e-mail that the amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your account.
You are responsible for the costs of return.
The goods must be returned in original good condition to Midgaard BV, Langstraat 33 - 2440 Geel (Belgium).
