This selfmassager is specifically designed to target the muscles in the neck, in particular the side of the neck and attachment to the skull. Perfect for the office when staring at screens and cell phones cramped up your neck. You can also use it to massage other areas such as calves and detach the rollers and you have a mini triggerpoint ball.
