How to use
- Before showering dry brush the skin
- Start with the surface of your feet and work your way up to your calves.
Remember to use fairly dynamic, circular, upward strokes towards the heart.
- Move up to your legs and then to your thighs and buttocks where you can spend more time to target fatty deposits and cellulite, using circular movements coupled with smoothing upward movements.
- Move on to your upper body, starting with your hands and then your arms, then move on to the rest of your body such as your stomach and chest, always moving towards the heart.
Note, be careful not to brush too hard, keep a dynamic rhythm and gentle pressure.
To clean your brush, gently rub the hair with your hand or with a towel once a week. Do not put under water to avoid damaging the wood.
