The expression of the plum tree

Jinkoh means 'aloeswood'.
Kobunboku means 'plum tree', an important tree for the Japanese people:
Its blossom is known as 'the flower of peace'.
It represents the awakening of the senses, just like the appearance of plum blossom in spring represents the awakening of the earth.

A traditional mix of aloeswood, sandalwood and Chinese herbs.

Very soft and fresh herbal scent, with the aloeswood and sandalwood more prominant present.

A classic Japanese incense, suited for daily use.
Makes a good house-incense.

Produces no smoke!

70 gram, approx. 200 sticks (14 cm long)

Baieido has been producing high quality incense since 1657.
Only natural ingredients are used which burn cleanly with little or no smoke and no toxic fumes.

Baieido's incense is like opening a door and finding, to our joy, an old friend waiting there.
In this way it is good fortune to sit quietly, relax, and perhaps sip some tea while enjoying the exquisite offerings of fine Japanese incense.
