Use in numerous standing and seated postures to provide support, stability or grounding. This model is more ergonomical in providing support for especially back and legs. Also gives you the opportunity to perform the asana's more dynamically. The cork brick is soft (a bit springy) to the touch and has a warm quality to it. It also absorps sweat giving you excellent grip. Does not slip on smooth flooring. - Prone to damage caused by rough handling.
