Aroma
It has the classic refreshing menthol scent that is characteristic of the active ingredient methylsicylate.
Use
Wintergreen is best used topically in a warming massage before exercise and treating sore muscles and joints after exercise; it is less suitable for use on large body surfaces.
The oil for use on the skin should be diluted very well in a neutral base oil.
In addition, the scent also has a stimulating effect, which is why this oil is also suitable for the aroma diffuser, bath and sauna.
Usage: evaporation, bath, sauna and massage.
Wintergreen essential oil cannot be applied directly to the skin but must always be diluted with a base oil such as jojoba oil.
Not intended for ingestion, use on open wounds or on sensitive skin areas (eg around the eyes).
