Germanic protection amulet
This nice detailed thor hamer is a lifelike replica of a find in Kabara (in the Swedish province of Scania).
Thor or Donar, god of thunder, was consider the protector of mankind and his most important attribute, the hammer mjolnir, was worn bij the old Germanic and Nordic people as a protection amulet.
The hammer is hollow so it is light and comfortable to wear.
