How to use

• immerse the sponge in water so that it expands and becomes soft (the newer your sponge, the longer it will take)
• squeeze well but never wring it out
• then add your favorite natural soap and make circular motions over your skin
• rinse the sponge well after use and hang it up overnight to dry
