How do I place an order?
Place the desired product in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" and follow the steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can safely order without an account, but with an account you can order again faster and view your order history.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not yet included in the shipping process, we can still make adjustments and try to process your request.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely via MultiSafepay (including Bancontact, iDEAL, various credit cards...), PayPal and bank transfer via your banking app.
Is online payment safe with you?
Absolutely. We only use secure payment systems that meet the strictest security standards (SSL). We never have access to your payment details and no sensitive payment information is stored by us. Our shop also has strict SSL security.
Can I pay afterwards?
No, at the moment we do not offer postpay.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on the delivery address and the volume and weight of your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship daily within Belgium, to the Netherlands and most EU countries. We can also supply the rest of the world. During checkout, you'll see if your country is available.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise specified on the product page. The delivery time depends on the destination and workload of the courier service, but for most orders this is within 24 hours after shipping confirmation.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. You will also find a tracking link in it.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our orders have track & trace and you will receive a link as soon as the package has been shipped.
My package has not arrived or has been damaged – what now?
Contact us by email. We will solve it for you as soon as possible, of course at no extra cost if the problem is beyond your control. In case of damage, you immediately take clear photos and send them on, this speeds up the processing.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, both companies and individuals will receive a detailed invoice by email a few days after receiving your package. If you have placed the order in the name of your company, you can use this document in your accounting.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt. More information can be found on our returns page.
How does the return process work?
Please send us an email first to register your return. You will then receive further instructions. The return costs are for your own account.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Yes, unless it is a mistake or damage through no fault of your own. In that case, we will take care of the return shipment free of charge.
How soon will I be refunded?
After receipt and verification of your return, we will refund within 7 working days via the same payment method or by bank transfer to your bank account.
What if I have a complaint or receive the wrong product?
Send us an email with a clear description and good photos of the problem. We will look for a suitable solution together!

Product Information & Authenticity
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All our products are carefully selected and checked. We only work with suppliers who guarantee craftsmanship and fair production.
Where are your products made?
Our products come from different regions (Europe, Asia, South America...) and are often made by hand. Origin information can be found on each product page.
How do I know which product is right for me?
We provide as much explanation as possible on the product pages. If you need extra help, feel free to send us an email, we will be happy to advise you personally!
Are there instructions for use available?
For all our products you will find good information in the description or you can find out more via our blog pages.
If you have specific questions, feel free to contact us.
Are your products suitable for professional use?
Yes, many of our products are also used by therapists, yoga teachers, and wellness practices.
Sustainability & Ethical Production
Are your products fair trade or sustainable?
We screen all our suppliers in advance for fair trade practices, working conditions and ecological impact. Products with an official label (such as eco or fair trade) explicitly state this on the product page.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
We choose recycled or recyclable packaging materials where possible. Our standard packaging is simple, functional and aimed at protecting your order properly.
Do you check suppliers for working conditions?
Yes. We only work with suppliers who have fair wages, safe workplaces and sustainable practices.
Are your products tested for harmful substances?
Yes, products are tested where necessary or have an eco-label. See also the specific information per article on the product page. We do ban products that have been tested on animals.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, we do not currently offer separate gift wrapping. Our focus is on safe and sustainable shipping.
Can I add a personal message?
Not yet, but we are looking into the possibility of adding this in the future. For now, you can of course add a card to the package yourself if you hand it over yourself.
Is there an invoice or price information included in the package?
No, we do not add an invoice or prices to the package. You will receive it via e-mail. However, a paper order form (without sales prices) will be provided so that you can check the contents with what you have ordered (information can be found on your order confirmation email).
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can perfectly place an order as a 'Guest' but creating an account is useful: you can then track your orders, pay faster and save your data. You will also have a good overview of all your orders made and purchased products.
How do I create an account?
Click on "Account" at the top and choose "Create an account". Follow the steps and you'll be done in no time.
What if I forget my password?
Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page and follow the instructions.
How do I sign up for your newsletter?
Without obligation without an account: at the bottom of every page of the webshop you will find the registration form. With an account: you can turn the opt-in for receiving the newsletter on or off at any time. We will then send you inspiration, tips and new products... Never spam!
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
In each newsletter you will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. One click is all it takes. You can also always turn off the newsletter opt-in button in your account.
What is the best way to contact you?
Send us an email at info@midgaardshop.be. We usually reply within one business day.
What are your opening hours?
We are an online shop without a physical store. You can email us at any time and we handle messages on working days during office hours.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
No, we are a 100% online shop. This allows us to keep our focus on service, quality and sustainability.
Do you offer personal advice?
Sure! If you have any questions about products or if you want help with your choice, please let us know by email. We are happy to help you on your way!
