Sergio, the beautiful & multifunctional fleece blanket from recycled cotton
Sergio is a lovely and versatile fleece blanket (140x180cm) made of 60% recycled and 40% new cotton.
This blanket has a reflective geometric pattern, is trimmed for extra strength and has fringes on the ends.

Additional information
At least 60% recycled cotton is used for the production, supplemented with virgin cotton that is BIM (Better Cotton Initiative) certified; this guarantees that the cultivation is sustainable with minimal impact on the environment and that the working conditions were good.
The production of cotton is very harmful to the environment and it requires quite a lot of water and energy to make cotton cloth.
The least polluting cotton is therefore cotton that has already been produced and the recycling of old cotton is a mechanical process that does not require water.
The production of these blankets takes place in the family workshop of the Enrico family in Prato (Italy).
