How do you make a magnesium oil solution?

You can easily make a magnesium oil spray with magnesium chloride! It is a quick and effective way to absorb magnesium through the skin (transdermal), which is useful if you are deficient or suffer from muscle cramps, stress or sleep problems.

What do you need?

• 1 part magnesium chloride food grade
• 1 part water (boiled and cooled) - if you have sensitive skin, you can dilute the solution with additional water (e.g. 1 part magnesium to 2 parts water)
• A few drops of essential oil (lavender, birch or peppermint as needed)
• A spray bottle, 100ml or 500ml (ideal for large use)

Method of making magnesium solution

1. Heat the water in a pan until it just boils, remove it from the heat.
2. Add the magnesium chloride and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Let cool to room temperature.
