Il Buono, the beautiful & multifunctional fleece cape from recycled cotton
Il Buono is a lovely and versatile fleece cape (140x180cm) has the best of a blanket and a poncho. It is made of 80% recycled and 20% new cotton. It covers you whole upperbody but the split in the middle provides room so you can use your hands.
This cape has a wavy pattern, is trimmed for extra strength and has fringes on the ends.

Additional information
At least 80% recycled cotton is used for the production, supplemented with virgin cotton that is BIM (Better Cotton Initiative) certified; this guarantees that the cultivation is sustainable with minimal impact on the environment and that the working conditions were good.
The production of cotton is very harmful to the environment and it requires quite a lot of water and energy to make cotton cloth.
The least polluting cotton is therefore cotton that has already been produced and the recycling of old cotton is a mechanical process that does not require water.
The production of these capes takes place in the family workshop of the Enrico family in Prato (Italy).
