Shipping Costs

Shipment occurs after receiving your payment in full; with creditcards through Paypal, this is done upon completing your order on our site, using the transfer to our bank account, your payment will take a few days to clear.

Standard shipping is done through the Belgian mail i.e. De Post, its subsidiaries or third parties. Priority shipping is done by an express mail courrier like UPS, DHL...
We are constanly looking to deliver to you in the most economical way possible.

What are the exact shipping cost?
Shipping cost are calculated by weight, volume and postal code of your delivery address. We only charge what we pay to our suppliers, we do not add handling or other costs!
We cannot give a n overview of the exact shipping cost as calculating shipping costs depends on the forementioned parameters.
Therefor we would like to suggest that when you want to purchase an item of items, you log on to our website, make an account, add the desired goods and proceed to check-out.
Before an order is definitely confirmed, you will be presented with the shippings cost (both Standard and Priority). You can decide whether to proceed with the order or to abandon it all together with no charges at all!

Risks

The risk of damage, loss or theft stays with Midgaard bvba untill the goods are deliverd. At that moment all risks are transferred to the receiver.
Please report damage immediately so we can after evaluation, reimburse the order.

We aim to ship your order within 48 hour of receipt of payment. Duration of delivery will be about 5 days with a maximum of 14 days.
If we cannot make the delivery within this timeframe we will contact you and discus terms of reimbursement, either by excuting the delivery at a later stage, full reimbursement of payment or delivery of a product of equal value.
No claim can follow us not being able to deliver the goods within indicated time frame.

Midgaard bvba takes all the neccessary precautions to insure that all products are available as indicated on our e-shop. In the utmost extreme case of the product no longer being available, we will insure a full reimbursement of your payments.
